I’ve spent a lot of time on the soapbox hammering home my ideas and opinions in the past to folks who simply are ‘ok’ with their life and the education system and the state of the union. This report is definitely not for them. And, I’m much more interested in attracting like minded folks and sharing cool information with them that can change their life.
Ultimately, I wrote this for the dreamers…... the artists. People who’ve always felt a little different and that they didn’t quite fit in with the status quo. And there are some folks, like me….who bought into society's manufactured establishment for a while, only to get a look behind the curtain. And….as you know…..behind the curtain is a money motivated food industry, banking industry...all of which is pumped into the American psyche constantly through popular media. Diabetes, obesity, depression and the overall ‘unwellness’ of Americans is the result.
In order to live different, we have to think different than how we were trained. Unlearn.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE
If we are going to make a difference in the world it will take enough good people willing to make a difference in their own life first. That’s where it all begins. It’s already happening in a big way. We see it on social networks like facebook and twitter. People talking and sharing about their own personal transformations. People are waking up. Sharing this information with our communities and the world is my contribution to this movement.
My hope is that it’s contents will wake up a few more folks and mainline some knowledge, passion and purpose of the highest octane into the hearts of those people who choose to live with their eyes wide open.
You’ll meet some very smart people who will ‘hold your hand’ along the way and keep you going down the right road. You’ll learn some super simple and really effective processes to increase your energy fast. Enough energy to create your own worlds. If you just want to look good and feel good, well, I’m going to show you how to do just that.
WHY ME
Because I fucked up…a lot (and I learned from it)
When I decided to point my toes down the road less traveled I totally immersed myself in topics that would help me get where I wanted to go fast. I modeled the people who lived like I wanted to live. Hired coaches. I read books, watched videos, listened and interviewed anyone and anything I could get my hands on. I immersed myself in nutrition and fitness. Business and mindset. Failed a lot and found a lot of ways that didn’t work. And I found the ways that do work. I know they work because I’ve done it personally. What’s even cooler than that is I get to share it.
This platform is a culmination of what I’ve learned.
Why It Matters
The bottom line is that we all only have a really short time here on this rock. Now that I’m 43 I’m much more clear about how short this ride is. It’s important that if you have a desire to reinvent yourself, do a 180 and live that life less ordinary, you have to have a map to do it. And an understanding of how it all works.

It might be a little much to say that the food industry is intentionally creating and processing food in a way that causes damage to brains and bodies with the intent to get more Americans on pharmaceutical drugs. That might not be fair. But what is fair to say is that food production and modification; soils nutrient depletion and chemical fertilization, has created more mental and bodily harm than anyone can possibly quantify.
The cases of ADD, ADHD, Autism and birth defects have skyrocketed over the last 40 years. Thank you Monsanto. Cases of dementia and Alzheimers is at an all time high. Cancer and diabetes is through the roof. And there’s a reason for that.
According to a 1992 earth Summit Report, when compared to 100 years ago, American soils are 85% depleted of the minerals and elements that we need to assimilate for our well being.
That study was 20 years ago. It hasn’t gotten better. It’s gotten a lot worse.
A british Food Journal study reported that in the last 50 years the potato has suffered the following nutritive losses:
100% of Vitamin A
57% of Vitamin C and Iron
28% of Calcium
50% of Riboflavin
18% of Thiamin
And it was similar results from 25 other fruits and vegetables. The point is, we are not getting the nutrients from our food that we need to maintain good health let alone optimum health.
Spinach in 1948 had 150mg of Iron. Today, it has……... 5mg. You get the point.
Insult to Injury
Chemical fertilization began after WW2 when the chemical conglomerates had massive amounts of nitrates and phosphates left over. These were residual from the manufacture of munitions during the war. They knew it could be used as fertilizer and sold it off to American farmers at prices they couldn’t refuse. By the 1960’s chemicals had become much more affordable than organic methods of fertilization. The fuse was lit.
Healthy bodies require 22 minerals on a daily basis. Todays vegetables contain only 8 due to chemical fertilization. The chemicals were never intended for human nutrition.
You get the point. The stuff is pretty, just not busting at the stem with nutrition.
Run that stuff through processing or distribute it cross country over hundreds and thousands of miles before it sees a store shelf and the nutrient value is almost nothing. It’s a belly filler. That’s it.
Sadder still, most Americans use fast food as their go to meals for at least one meal a day. Some people it’s all they eat.
